Hot Berry Sundae
 
This recipe is a delicious and refreshing way to get both low fat dairy and fruit in at the end of the day - two food categories that most of us struggle with! What better way to do it than with dessert?!
Ingredients
Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries or other berries of choice (fresh or frozen)
Water
Sugar
Corn Starch
Health Choice Lowfat Ice Cream
Directions
Throw a handful of raspberries, blueberries, or both in a pan with a little bit of water. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of sugar and simmer until fruit is hot all the way through. Add corn starch for desired thickness. Put it on the ice cream hot (or wait till it’s cool if you can).

DASH Servings
1 or 2 Dairy (depending on your portion of ice cream)
1 fruit
