In this program, we give advice about improving your nutrition and exercise habits. We do not give you personal medical advice. You should continue to look to your personal physician for that. We base our nutrition advice on the DASH diet, a well-balanced way of eating that is consistent with general nutrition guidelines.
However, if you have a specific concern about your personal situation (does DASH suit my medications, other medical conditions, good for my pregnancy, etc.) or if, at any time, we give you nutrition or exercise tips that seem to conflict with what your doctor has told you, talk to your doctor before following our advice.
